How ATARISE protects children and young people, and how to report a concern.
ATARISE Pty Ltd provides an online learning and assessment platform used by students, many of whom are under 18. We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of every child and young person who uses our service, and we have zero tolerance for child abuse and harm.
We are guided by the Victorian Child Safe Standards and we comply with our Working with Children Check obligations. We respect the rights of all children and young people, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, children with disability and LGBTIQA+ young people, and we take every concern raised with us seriously.
Our student guide is How to use ATARISE safely.
Anyone can report a concern about the safety of a child or young person connected with ATARISE, including students, parents, teachers and members of the public. Email security@atarise.com.au and tell us what happened, when it happened and who was involved, if you know.
Students can also tell a teacher, a parent or another adult they trust, or email support@atarise.com.au. Reports sent to support are passed to our security team straight away.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 000 (police, ambulance or fire) before contacting ATARISE.
