ATARISE offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all individual subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
Request
Contact us at hello@atarise.com.au with your registered email address and reason for the refund. You can also submit a refund request through your account settings or our Contact page.
Review
We will review your request within 2 business days. In most cases, refunds are approved automatically if within the 30-day guarantee period.
Processing
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed.
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
Cancellation
Stops future billing. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund
Returns payment for the current billing period. Your access reverts to the Basic (free) plan immediately.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No cancellation fees apply.
School and institutional licenses have separate refund terms governed by the individual agreement between ATARISE and the school. Generally:
Our 14-day free trial does not require a credit card, so no charges will be made during the trial period. After the trial ends, you will not be charged unless you actively choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable consumer protection laws. Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, is not fit for its stated purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL — which may include a refund, replacement, or compensation, depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
